Instructions for listening to AngelTalk:

Make yourself comfortable by sitting in lotus position or on a chair, whilst reclining in bed or on a yoga mat, with your eyes closed. Make sure to stay warm and to not be disturbed. Before you begin, take some time to become conscious of your breath. Breathe very deeply into your belly and let go all that needs to be released while breathing out and relax. When you feel calm, you can if you like, visualize yourself in a peaceful landscape. Become aware of your surroundings and feel the ground on which you lie. Sense, hear, and smell the environment of that landscape and begin the sound journey from there. Start the recording and listen to the sounds, allowing each sound to work for you. You can also simply relax and enjoy the sounds or fall asleep.

At the end of the recording take another few deep breaths and take your time to slowly return to the present. It’s recommended to drink some water after the session.

We are all creators. If we were able to create this present universe we are also able to create another one. When we are in alignment with our inner truth and focus on what we love and what makes us happy and commit ourselves to do all it needs to achieve that, we will be the ones who realise the most beautiful version of ourselves and of our world.
